Cider Master David H. Cordtz dropped out of the hard cider business in 1999 to begin Sonoma Cider Mill -- a producer of non-alcoholic juices. In less than two years his entire product line was awarded gold and double gold medals at the prestigious 2001 Sonoma County Harvest Fair. Sonoma's sparkling organic apple juice blends six varieties of fresh organic apples to balance the natural sugars and acid and thus enhances the juice's character and flavor.
