Chateau de Fleur California Champagnette, Weibel Family Vineyards
Wedding planners should be smiling broadly. Weibel Family Vineyards has developed "Chateau de Fleur" Premium Non-alcoholic California champagne. Superior quality grapes from the the state's Central Coast create the sophisticated quality of this bottling. Unlike other juices with pronounced dry or sweet notes, this champagne dances lightly like a ballerina bride on your taste buds.
Mushroom Cork with Wire Cage
KUDOS: "We had an early Thanksgiving dinner with all of our children who came into town for the weekend and we all loved the Champagnette." Larry | | Napa VinJus
Napa VinJus is created from wine varietal grapes such as Chardonnay. It comes with half the calories and half the sugar content of traditional grape juice. This is the juice from unripe grapes, often classified as Verjus. Its unique balance of crisp, tart and sweet lingers with a hint of green apple, honeysuckle, wildflower and lavender. Use it in cooking or let it tingle your taste buds right from the chilled bottle.
Verjus is tart -- not sweet! | | 2009 Muscat of Alexandria Grape Juice, Castello di Amorosa
A castle in the Napa Valley? Yes, it is the stunning Castello di Amorosa where primarily Italian style wines are created. But no castle is complete without exploring children with no need for the alcohol! Thus the winemaker produced Castello di Amorosa's first gourmet juice from the 2009 harvest of Muscat of Alexandria grapes. But to everyone's surprise, it was adults who were doing the sipping and buying. Now you can join them at home as you dream about your own trip to the castle! |

Genuine California Grape Juice 2010 Blend, Castoro Vineyards
We continue to be amazed at the annual blends created by the husband and wife team of Niels and Bimmer Udsen. Their 2010 bottling, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, and Cabernet Franc, is no exception. Castoro Cellars of Templeton, California, was established in the early 1980s and is one of the oldest wineries in the Paso Robles American Viticultural Area (AVA). In addition to the grapes grown in their own vineyards, Castoro Cellars buys fruit from more than 20 other local growers, seeking out those willing to invest the extra effort necessary to produce high quality fruit. | | 2011 Pinot Noir Grape Juice, Navarro Vineyards
"If you can get your hands on a bottle of non-alcoholic Pinot Noir grape juice, grab a few. It is juice from the gods!" That's how one critic described Navarro Vineyards' Pinot Noir from Mendocino, CA. The Pinot Noir is a lovely garnet color and has hints of cinnamon. Navarro's juices are cold stabilized and sterile filtered just like their finest desert wines. Some would argue that Navarro's Pinot Noir is the most elegantly bottled red juice in our store. | | 2010 Gewurztraminer Grape Juice, Navarro Vineyards
Many of the finest restaurants in San Francisco and its environs prominently feature Navarro Vineyard's Gewurztraminer Grape Juice on their wine list, a distinction achieved by very few vineyards. The Gewurztraminer juice is golden in color and smells like tropical fruit and lichee. Navarro's juices are cold stabilized and sterile filtered just like their finest desert wines. Don't wait to try this unique grape juice! |

This commitment ensured that customers who came up the hill to Knudsen's Paradise, Calif., Concord grape vineyard could always buy the finest juice available. Little did R.W. Knudsen know he was starting a tradition of innovation in health-conscious products. Today the innovation continues with Knudsen's Organic Apple Juice, bottled in a celebratory champagne-style bottle.

Knudsen's Sparkling Cherry
Here's to those days of our youth when we took a bunch of food groups and created our Signature Recipe. Sometimes it was good, and sometimes it raised the eyebrows of our parents and friends. Califonia's Knudsen Foods has mastered the art, however. Its gourmet sparkling Cherry cider is a carefully crafted blend of apple, cherry, pear, pineapple and plum juices. Wish my recipe had been as good! I think I forgot the plum. Or was it the pineapple? | | Knudsen's Sparkling Cranberry
We are bogged down with our love of cranberries! Cranberry jelly at holiday dinners. Crasins when we're cravin' a snack. Cranberry bits in dark chocolate. Oatmeal-craisin cookies. And Knudsen's Sparkling Cranberry-Apple-White Grape Cider. Add a twist of lime, if you dare! Like all Knudsen celebratory juices, this is 100% juice. | | Knudsen's Sparkling Crisp Apple Cider
Take a crisp cold apple out of the cooler. Listen for that crisp crunch as you take your first bite. Notice the sweet juice that collects at the corner of your lips. It is no wonder that apples have been favorite fruits for generations. And the folks at Knudsen's knew their family of juices would not be complete without a pure, crisp sparkling cider from fresh whole apples. It is 100% juice and 100% celebratory!

Knudsen's Sparkling Strawberry
Apple Cider with a twist. That is what the Knudsen team produced when they added summer strawberries, white grapes, and tropical pineapple juices to create Sparkling Strawberry Juice. Then they slipped it into an elegant champagne-style bottle. Pamper yourself with a glass of this delightful blend and take some time to ponder how blessed you really are. | | Sonoma Sparkler Organic Apple
Cider Master David H. Cordtz dropped out of the hard cider business in 1999 to begin Sonoma Cider Mill -- a producer of non-alcoholic juices. In less than two years his entire product line was awarded gold and double gold medals at the prestigious 2001 Sonoma County Harvest Fair. Sonoma's sparkling organic apple juice blends six varieties of fresh organic apples to balance the natural sugars and acid and thus enhances the juice's character and flavor.
KUDOS: "Pale and quite clear with light carbonation, this organic sparkler has a very sweet, ripe apple and raisin aroma. The flavor is full and refreshing, with a zing at the finish and a slight cider vinegar character." IMBIBE Magazine, September/October 2006

Here is a revolutionary thought: apples and oranges do match! Sonoma Cider Mill's newest cider is a delightful blend of fresh apples with a touch of blood orange. As one food critic has already noted, "the bubbles are restrained but still manage to elevate the seriousness of the blood orange. It tastes especially luxurious when sipping out of a long-stemmed wine glass." We could not say it any better! |
