Cancellations/Returns/Guarantees

CANCELLATIONS: Orders prepared for shipment and subsequently canceled by the customer may be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.

RETURNS: Because this is a food product, returns are not accepted. We will never recycle someone else’s stuff and send it to you!

DAMAGE: If your order arrives damaged, please immediately notify the delivery service of the damage. Then call us at 503-799-3003 so we may resolve the problem quickly.

PACKING ERROR: Not what you ordered? E-mail or call us as soon as possible. Although it rarely happens, our warehouse is staffed with people, not robots, and mistakes can occur. Let us know and we’ll take immediate steps to correct any problem.
